At Rennaï, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or swatched products cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Rennaï account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
